Jan Gilmore, art historian and author of the new book, Olive Rush: Finding Her Place In The Santa Fe Art Colony, will give a presentation of approximately 35 minutes with a Q & A session afterwards in McGuire Memorial Auditorium.

The book is an engaging biography which brings to life the extraordinary contributions of Olive Rush, artist, illustrator, muralist, pioneer in Native American art education, and social reformer. Rush was a student of John Elwood Bundy, of Richmond Group fame.
